Creating your account and signing in

Your records save to your account, so they show up on every phone and computer you sign in from.

Create your account

  1. Go to 10-4hauler.com. The sign-up box is on the right on a computer, or below the welcome text on a phone.
  2. Type your Email.
  3. Choose a password in Password (8 or more characters). Tap Show if you want to see what you typed.
  4. If you like, fill in Your first name, Company name, Which ELD do you use? and Which fuel card do you use?. All four are optional. Your company name shows at the top of the app and on your Excel downloads. Right after you sign up, we send you a welcome email with a few tips for getting started.
  5. Check the box for I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  6. Tap Create my free account. You land on your Dashboard, ready to add your first truck.

Want to look around first? Tap Try the demo, no sign-up on the home page. The demo uses made-up numbers and nothing you change is saved.

Sign in

  1. Go to 10-4hauler.com.
  2. If you see the sign-up box, tap Sign in next to “Already have an account?”
  3. Type your Email and Password, then tap Sign in.

You stay signed in on that phone or computer, so you won't have to do this every time. If you turned on two-step login, type the 6-digit code from your app or email next.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in box, tap Forgot your password?
  2. Type the email you signed up with and tap Send reset link.
  3. Look for an email from 10-4 Hauler. The link in it works for one hour. If you don't see it in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Tap the link. Type a new password in New password (8 or more characters) and tap Save and sign in.

If the screen says “We'll reset it for you” instead, email info@10-4hauler.com from the address on your account and we'll send you a reset link.

Change your password while signed in

  1. Tap the Settings tab, or tap your email at the top right.
  2. Tap Change password.
  3. Fill in Current password and New password (8 or more), then tap Save new password.

Changing your password signs you out on your other phones and computers. Sign back in there with the new password.

Sign out

Tap the Settings tab, then Sign out. If the app says some changes haven't saved yet, you're probably out of signal. Wait until you're back online so nothing is lost.
