10-4 Hauler is free for one truck. No card needed.
To see the plans for more trucks, sign in, tap the Settings tab, then tap See plans.
You pay by the truck, once a month, for your whole company. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial, no card needed.

Every truck count gets jobs and pay math, expenses and receipt reading, cost per hour and per mile, the Monday brief, early warnings and Excel export. Driver logins and driver pay settlements come with 3 or more trucks.
Your free trial
- The trial lasts 30 days, with everything switched on for up to 20 trucks.
- We email you 7 days before it ends, the day before, and the day it ends.
- If the trial ends before you add a card, your account turns view-only. You can still look through everything, export to Excel and back up, but you can't add or change jobs, expenses or trucks until a card is on file.
- Your records are never deleted because a trial ended.
Add a card
- Tap the Settings tab, then tap Add a card.
- Pick How many trucks? The price updates as you pick.
- Tap Add a card for …. You go to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your card. 10-4 Hauler never sees or stores your card number.
If you add a card during your trial, you aren't charged until the trial is over.
Change how many trucks you pay for
- Tap the Settings tab, then tap Change trucks.
- Pick the new number of trucks and tap Switch to ….
The change happens right away. Your next bill is adjusted for the part of the month left, so you only pay for what you use.
Update your card, see receipts or cancel
Tap the Settings tab, then Manage billing. On the secure Stripe page you can change your card, download past invoices, or cancel with one click. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then the account turns view-only. Your records stay.
