Account settings
Everything about your account is on the Settings tab. You can also get there by tapping your email at the top right.
Add or change your first name
On the Settings tab, tap Add your first name (or Change first name), type it in Your first name and tap Save first name. Leave it blank to remove it.
Change your email
- On the Settings tab, tap Change email.
- Type your New email and Your password.
- Tap Save new email. Use the new email to sign in from now on.
Download a copy of your data
There are two ways to get your records out:
- A backup file. Under Back up your records, tap Download backup. You get one file with all your jobs, expenses, brokers, trucks and drivers, receipt photos included. Keep it somewhere safe. Restore from backup puts a backup file back into your account.
- An Excel workbook you can open and read. See Exporting to Excel.
Your business details
Under Your business, change your Company name, ELD, Fuel card and Insurance policy renewal date. If you log driver pay as an expense, uncheck Figure driver pay from jobs and count it against profit so it isn't counted twice. Tap Save.
Insurance policy renewal date
If one insurance policy covers all your trucks, put the day it renews in Insurance policy renewal date and tap Save. It's optional, and only the account owner can change it.
- Every truck uses this date, unless a truck is on a different policy. For that truck, tap Edit on the Fleet tab, check This truck is on a different policy / date and pick its own date. See Adding trucks.
- You get a reminder on your Dashboard and one email to the account owner 30 days and 7 days before each renewal date. Trucks that renew on the same day share one email.
- After you renew, change the date here so next year's reminder comes on time. Clear it to stop the reminders.
Security: two-step login and signed-in devices
Under Security you can turn on two-step login (a 6-digit code after your password), see every phone and computer signed in to your account, and sign out any you don't recognize. See Two-step login.
Delete your account
This can't be undone. Deleting your account erases every job, expense and receipt photo in it right away. Download a backup or an Excel workbook first if you want to keep your records.
- On the Settings tab, scroll to Delete my account.
- Type your password in Type your password to confirm.
- Tap Delete my account forever and confirm.
Just want a clean slate but keep your account? Use Delete all records under Start over instead.
