Reading your dashboard
The Dashboard shows what your trucks brought in, what they cost, and what you kept.
Pick the month
Use the ‹ and › arrows at the top of the app, or tap the month, to pick which month you're looking at. The month-to-date and year-to-date table always runs through today.
The boxes at the top
| Box | What it means |
|---|---|
| [Month] revenue | What your jobs paid that month, after fuel surcharge and broker fees. |
| Profit after expenses | Revenue plus other income, minus expenses and driver pay. Green means you made money, red means you lost money. |
| Today's revenue | What today's jobs paid. |
| Avg per hour worked | Revenue divided by hours worked. |
| Loads, Tons, Hours | Totals for the month. |
| Waiting to be paid | Every job you haven't marked paid yet. |
Month to date and year to date
This table puts this month so far next to this year so far.
- Revenue from jobs, Other income, Expenses and Driver pay add up to your Profit.
- Kept from each $1 is how many cents of every dollar you brought in were left as profit.
- Once your jobs have miles, you'll also see Cost per mile, Revenue per mile, Profit per mile and Miles per gallon. How these are figured.
Revenue $18,400 + other income $400 − expenses $11,900 − driver pay $2,300
= $4,600 profit, or 24¢ kept from each $1
Further down the dashboard
- Daily revenue: loads, tons, hours, revenue, expenses and profit for each working day.
- By broker: jobs, revenue and what's unpaid for each broker this month.
- Expenses: the month's costs by type, biggest first.
- [Year] by month: every month of the year side by side.
Which trucks make money
- Tap the Fleet tab.
- Look at Profit by truck for the month. Each truck shows its jobs, revenue, driver pay, expenses and Profit. A profit in red means that truck cost more than it brought in.
Expenses count toward a truck only when you pick that truck on the expense. Costs with no truck show on their own row, “Not tied to a truck”.
